The Great Book of Nature - Episode - THE GREYHOUND
Episode Summary:
The farm is threatened by a fox that wants to eat the piglets and chicks in the yard; luckily, the guard dog is always vigilant, ready to protect its friends. The young sheep dog is also ready to lend a hand, and although it is only an apprentice, it does a very good job. Unfortunately, the old guard dog takes all the credit for the heroic actions of his young friend. However, one day, the old dog is outwitted by a starving wolf and a fox, and he then realizes he will not do without the aid of his young apprentice. They then decide to cooperate together in the future. At last, the farmyard animals can sleep safely knowing they are being watched over by two “guardian angels!”
