The Legend of Sleeping Beauty Episode 4- KING BRION'S EDICT 

Summary: 

 In the land of the dinosaurs there is a battle against Maya. While the dinosaurs and Mammoths try to chase her away, Rakhal gives further proof of his powers by identifying where the weak point in the defenses of Forgotten Land lies. While he watches the battle, he notes a group of five little dinosaurs, who have evidently skipped school, and who are attacking Maya bravely. Their efforts cause her to fall into a lake where the other dinosaurs continue to attack. Rakhal then goes over to meet the five small dinosaurs. In the meantime, in the castle of little Kindra, they are continuing to save the books of the library. King Brion suggests to the King that he issue an edict banning anyone from using a spinning wheel and ordering the destruction of all the spinning machines in the kingdom.
