The Great Book of Nature - Episode - THE FLY
Episode Summary:
In the first part of the episode, a idler bee tries to avoid working by
disguising herself as her friend, the horsefly, so that her companions
will not recognize her. When she disappears, the other bees in the hive
are worried, however, she only cares about enjoying herself. Soon
however, the bee starts to feel hungry, and she asks the horsefly how to
find food. The horsefly explains then that the only method it knows for
survival is to suck the blood of a cow. Horrified by this, the bee
flies away, who is found by her companions who hope she has learned her
lesson once and for all. In the second part, two young pigs want to have
the time of their lives in an amusement park, but to take the various
rides, they must first solve elementary math problems. Scornfully, the
two young pigs refuse the help of a friendly cat and a bunny rabbit, as
the oldest pig is convinced he can solve any math problem by himself.
Soon after, the two young pigs find themselves in real danger on the
park’s rocket ride, and have to be rescued by the cat and the bunny
rabbit.Film
